Michael Green is a television and film writer and producer. In 2017, Green wrote 20th Century Fox’s adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express, directed by Kenneth Branagh, and co-wrote Blade Runner 2049, directed by Denis Villeneuve, Alien: Covenant, directed by Ridley Scott, and Logan, directed by James Mangold. Previous feature work includes co-writing Warner Bros.’ Green Lantern. In television, Green currently serves, along with Bryan Fuller, as co-showrunner and executive producer of Starz’s American Gods, adapted from Neil Gaiman’s award-winning novel. Previously, Green created and executive-produced NBC’s Kings and ABC’s The River. He has additionally written and produced for numerous shows including Heroes, Everwood, Jack & Bobby, Smallville and Sex and the City.
