Joanne Richardson has been underwriting media and entertainment liability for over 20 years and was designated a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) in 1995. She spent nine years as an Underwriting Officer at Employers’ Reinsurance Corp./GE Capital (ERC), in New York City and three years as a National Underwriting Officer at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in New York City. In 2006 she joined Hiscox Insurance Company Inc to development and launch their Media Liability product line in 2007. In 2013, she was promoted to National Practice Leader for Media & Entertainment and made a Hiscox Partner.
