Ellie Schiff is an agent in Paradigm’s TV literary department. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in English and Political Science. Her clients consist mainly of diverse, female, and LGBT voices, many of whom she’s worked with since well before becoming an agent. While TV is her first love, Schiff works with writers across departments and has many clients who are simultaneously working in features and as playwrights.
